May 14, 2009, Beijing Construction Committee published the notice of city Unified projects safety quality inspection, that Beijing Housing and UrbanRuralDevelopment Committee will unite Construction Committees of each district and county to inspect the listed 160 projects, with the A/H1N1 prevention and control as one of the inspected contents.

The inspection is divided into two phases. From 12 to 20 of May, inspection group form by City and districts Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committees will check the carrying out of Self-examine and self-rectification of the Three Actions made for head offices and projects contractors and subcontractors, and provide guidance to the self-examine to projects quality management. For this purpose, related units have trained by Beijing Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committees. From 21 to 31 of May, the group will execute the law enforcement to the projects with safety and quality hazards and poorly improved and rectified.  
As to operation of the Safety Guarantee system, the inspection will be emphasized on the formulation and enforcement of construction safety responsibility system and trains and educations system on safety production, the execution that Three Categories of Persons and workers for special construction works should be certified. Meanwhile, Beijing Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee requires that the projects higher than 24m must be installed with fire standpipes and not be dismantled before the using of hydrant net, and the water source and pressure of fire water must be guaranteed.
