Qualifications:

1. Have practical experience in decoration shop drawing/rendering

2. Good at oral expression and communication

3. Be familiar with technical requirements for overall process of decoration & finishing project

4. Be familiar with relevant laws and regulations on quota of shop drawing

5. Be familiar with shop drawing and specifications on node and charting

6. Have practical experience in the major for more than three years

7. College degree or above, be familiar with computer operation

8. Owner of relevant certificates of the major
