Since 11 May, Beijing Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee will start the inspection to construction sites. Facilities construction projects will be emphatically inspected by law enforcement to deepen the check and control work to hidden troubles, and launch a series of publishing and education activities on safety construction.
During the inspection, Beijing Housing and Urban-Rural Development Committee will emphatically check the illegal activities including projects failed to obtain builder’s license and procedures for safety and quality report and supervision, concealed and unreported, delayed report, failure to report and lies of the disasters; emphatically administer activities including failure to develop safety hazards check and improvement work to the projects in accordance to relating regulations, failure to make up emergency aid schemes and take field test, failure to inform the workers with safety construction knowledge.
In addition, the inspection will pointedly strengthen the safety construction education to workers, especially the mengons to raise their safety construction awareness and safety operation skills, and hold safety trainings for under construction subway project supervisors to enhance their risk prevention and control ability. The committee will award those collections, projects and individuals who are outstanding in the execution of construction safety and quality standards.
